A little about me…

My name is Lauren and I am grateful.

Grateful that you are taking a moment to reflect. Grateful that you are seeking inspiration. Grateful that I may potentially have an impact on that process.

…and I am lucky.

I have lived and studied on every continent. I’ve worked at a great white shark cage diving facility in South Africa, survived a blizzard on a Norwegian glacier,  weighed babies for a charity in rural India and danced Tango all night in Buenos Aires. I love the intricacies of this planet with every ounce of my spirit. I play the banjo poorly, tell terrible jokes and eat more hummus than I probably should.

…and I am always on the hunt for a new adventure.

More than anything I love to seek out the soul of others. I have personally seen the way purposeful, immersive travel can change the lives of both the traveler and the host community. I believe in getting out of your comfort zone, connecting with the environment and asking questions about what you don’t understand.

I am hopeful.

My dream is that this will give you purposeful direction for your next journey.

Alice: Cheshire Puss, can you tell me please which way I ought to go from here?
Cat: That a depends a good deal on where you would like to go.
Alice: I don’t much care where…
Cat: Then it doesn’t matter which way you go.
